We approached management regarding the access to the first floor. We stated that the lift was not readily available for those with mobility issues.

We have managed to secure access to the first floor and all the amenities.

Having a chat to the manager (OM) and letting him know you have mobility issues and require access to the lift, he will allow access via your ID card and you are able to gain access to the lift either through the operations office (Ask before going through) or from the public door.

Your ID will allow access through the secured doors.

You will need to ask for access to second floor for training.
